URGENT! I'm currently assisting a vibrant, close-knit practice in West London on their hunt for a Project Architect. This is a permanent position with a salary up to £45,000 depending on experience. 

This is a job running position so it's very important that have a track record of working on projects from start to finish. That being said there will be weight weight put upon your experience with RIBA stages 0-4. You're ability to work alongside clients and develop a brief is vital, communication skills will also need to be of a high standard as you could be in a positions of working on a variety of projects at any one time. The ability to put together quality detailing and tender packages is a must.

You'll need to have at least 5 years PQE to be considered and will need a solid understand of the UK residential market. This is a great opportunity to work on high-end bespoke residential properties in London so a portfolio to match this is required. Much of the work is in the UK with a few overseas projects in Europe.

Vectorworks fluency is a must, you'll be using this from day one so at least 1 years Vectorworks experience is important. As well as Vectorworks 2D you should be comfortable with SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray and the Adobe Suite.
