Job Details
Urban are working with an award-winning architectural studio in Leeds on their requirement for a Revit-proficient Architectural Technologist to join the team and deliver a range of exciting projects.
Working in BIM Level 2, the studio completes all new projects using Revit and continue to successfully deliver a wide range of projects in a BIM environment in the residential commercial, education, energy, healthcare, hotel, leisure, industrial and retail sectors.
Key experience in Residential or Commercial projects will be essential with current live schemes in these particular sectors. A mix of experience would be advantageous.
Suitable Architectural Technologists must have a minimum of 2-5 years post-qualification experience with a solid understanding of UK building regulations and construction stages.
Software proficiency in Revit is essential, with further skills in AutoCAD desirable. Training can be provided however a strong base of Revit knowledge is key. The studio also uses the Adobe Suite and SketchUp software, so experience is these are desirable.
