Job Details
They have been operating for the last 35 years, and the 2 Directors are starting to think about succession planning and will be looking to find a senior / Director level professional that can take the reigns and oversee the day to day running of the practice.
Currently their focus is souring a replacement (more junior) Technician / Technologist, as well as a more experienced Technical Manager that can act as the main Senior go-to-guy for any Technical queries that may arise (On Site / In office).
In terms of projects their bread and butter is Residential schemes from private Residential (Bespoke / One-Off Houses) to very large scale housing schemes. They also take on Medical Surgeries/ Care Homes / Heritage and so aren't limited to solely Residential.
They like to create an environment for new staff where they don't feel trapped on one particular duty, such as purely office based detailing work. Instead, they'd much rather give their staff the autonomy to have a balance of duties and not limit anyone that may be interested in going on Site, and getting more confident on site and working more on the client facing side of things. This could be a great new start for you in the New Year, and go develop your skills with a very well-respected practice.
Salary on offer:-
Junior Technician - £22 -27,000 PA
Senior Technician - £38 -43,000 PA
