Established over a decade ago, this multi-disciplinary consultancy is able to demonstrate, through the extensive experience of their team, a wide ranging portfolio of projects of varying scale across diverse sectors. They have developed a well respected reputation for delivering design led structural and civil engineering solutions in a timely and cost effective manner. Projects include detailed design of road and sewers (S38/S104), and off-site highway works (S278).
You will also be involved in earthworks design at all stages of projects, notably at the detailed design stage, but often at the preliminary and planning stages when challenging topography is involved.
You will also assist the Transport Planning team with highway design on larger projects at the concept and planning stages where three-dimensional issues need to be addressed.

What you'll need to succeed
You hold a B.Eng/M.Eng qualification and have a minimum of 3 years post graduate experience. Ideally you will be chartered or working towards your chartership status through IStructE or ICE. You have design experience in both roads and sewers and you are proficient in relevant engineering design software, specifically 3D Civils and Microdrainage. You can demonstrate excellent communication skills and you are able to manage numerous projects, allocate resources to meet deadlines and liaise with clients. You are a pro-active individual who is able to make constructive suggestions and contribute positively to the success of your organisation. You can demonstrate a real passion for what you do and an enthusiasm to work hard for your professional success.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a competitive salary and excellent benefits package which includes a twice yearly bonus. Your new employer is happy to support with any further study requirements and they have a flexible working policy. You will be encouraged to use your expertise to the full and the company offers an excellent opportunity for you to enhance your skills and develop yourself within a well established company. This company has a pipeline of work in place for the next 10 years so can also offer you job security and longevity.
