Hays are seeking an architect to join a south east London based practice specialising in Healthcare. They are a small, successful talented team, with projects across acute, primary, and mental health. This can include everything from very specialist facilities to office space and residential accommodation, across both public and private sectors, ranging in size and value.
They are seeking a talented and motivated architect, ideally with at least 2 years post part iii experience, who is keen to work in a role which has real variety, autonomy, and exposure. Prior healthcare experience is not essential. They're seeking someone with a flair for design, who enjoys the reward of solving challenges, and close collaboration with their team and the client.
It is essential that you have strong CAD proficiency and Revit skills. Excellent communication skills are also essential, you will be unafraid to ask questions, with good ability to work with demanding clients on often complex projects.
The studio is close to London Bridge, with easily accessible rail and road links. They also have free parking and are outside the congestion zone. Staff are currently working mostly from home, with occasional office visits. In the longer term the company will move to a hybrid set-up. Salary will be competitive and dependant on experience level.
