Architect - Super Prime Residential + Hospitality

A medium-sized, multi-award-winning design studio with a portfolio of elegantly designed contemporary projects has a new opportunity available for an ARB / RIBA Part III Architect.

The successful applicant will take immediate responsibility over several technical packages for a range of super-prime + multi-unit residential & hospitality schemes, with the bulk of these projects based in the UK and a handful of international schemes on offer.

This studio works across all RIBA Stages from inception through to completion, but the immediate requirement will respond to a series of projects currently at RIBA Stages 3-5.

This fantastic opportunity would be well suited to a Recently Qualified Architect with 0-4 years post-qualification (Part III / ARB) experience working on high value projects. Architects that demonstrate interior package experience on prime residential or hospitality schemes with high spec materials will be at a distinct advantage.

Revit is highly desirable. Microstation &/or AutoCAD proficiency will also be considered for this requirement.

A well presented portfolio demonstrating relevant project experience is essential.
