Our client is looking for a new Regeneration Manager for a number of projects they have planned in central London. This is a company that builds on it's decades of experience to provide their customers with the best possible results and service.


Your new role
As the Regeneration Manager you will take charge of a team of 5 including Project managers and Consultants. You will be in control of the major estate renewals and This is your opportunity to help provide some one with a new life. Help redevelop and build new homes and schools on the Isle of dog in Central London. You will also be at the forefront of many of the companies new projects which includes the plan to build over 5000 new homes within the next 10 years. You will be responsible for the entire London and South East area.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful as a Regeneration Manager with our client a candidate will be encouraged to:

• Have the appropriate professional qualifications (MRICS, RTPI, RIBA)
• Have experience with complex negotiations
• Have good problem solving skills
• Have highly tuned project manager knowledge
• Have the knowledge and skills attributed to regeneration.
