So what are they after? You need to be design focussed, driven, enthusiastic, passionate about delivering high quality projects and able to work independently or as part of a team.
In a nutshell:
- ARB registered with min 2 years post Part III
- excellent design skills
- fantastic communication and problem solving skills
- previous experience working on large scale Residential schemes (bonus)
- good Revit skills

Salary on offer is between £33,000 and £41,000 per annum providing you have the experience behind you to back this up. This could really suit anyone who is looking to move out of London but is keen to work on design led projects.
