Your new company
You will be working for a regional main contractor who have a Derbyshire office, working on projects across the midlands and some projects further afield. The organisiation work across a range of sectors including car dealerships, education, healthcare on both refurbishment and new build projects up to the value of £3m. The are now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager or Project Manager to join their team
Your new role
You will be reporting into the Operations Manager and Director working on new build and refurbishment projects. You will have a strong background as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager working for a Main Contractor. The role will involve managing the projects throughout their life cycle and being a key point of contact for operational site staff and clients.You will be responsible for reporting the progress of works, updating site documents, financial reporting and problem solving.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong main contracting background and experience of working on new build an renovations across projects up to 3m. You will hold CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid certifications and Full UK driving license. You will have organisational and communication skills.
