Job Details

This is a good one! I've got an ideal position for a Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technician looking to become an Associate in the coming years. This is a permanent position based in Milton Keynes with a salary circa £45-50,000 pa depending on experience. 

This is very much a job running opportunity and you'll need at least 5 years solid experience with both leading and project running on UK based schemes. Although this is an all-round position you'll likely spend more time within the planning and post planning stages and you should be able to demonstrate a strong technical understanding. Experience on the client side is a must as you'll be working alongside the clients on a regular basis as well as liaising with them on site. Over time the role will becoming more management and leadership focused but initially you'll certainly be required to get stuck into the day to day tasks.

The company in question work within the residential, industrial and commercial sectors and it's very important that you've got experience in at least 2 of the 3. AutoCAD fluency is a must, Revit would be a bonus but is not a pre-requisite. On top of this it would be great if you had any knowledge of NBS. You should have the ability to drive, both to the office and to sites across the home counties.
