Quantity Surveyor

An interim Quantity Surveyor job for a leading construction firm with projects across Manchester - £27ph

Your new company
You will be joining a leading firm who are looking for someone to come and support within their commercial team due to winning some major contracts. The job will be both office and site based with the option to be able to work from home also offering you great flexibility.

Your new role
As the Quantity Surveyor you will be required to prepare detailed cost reports, the procurement of subcontractors, prepare cost plans and present cost management solutions as and when required. You will be dealing with projects ranging from around £1m - £5m.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have substantial experience as a QS with a good variety of projects under your belt. You will be available are short notice and be available for the next 6 months as a minimum. You will also ideally have a project management qualification.

What you'll get in return
You will be working on some great and interesting projects, receive a an hourly rate of around £27ph with the option to work CIS if wanted. You will be working for a brilliant company who have a strong pipeline who may be able to offer long-term work.
