Estate/Asset Surveyor

Your new company: I have a fantastic opportunity for an MRICS/FRICS Chartered Surveyor who is wanting to join a large public sector organisation. With a bright future and lots of projects on the horizon, this is a rare gem of a vacancy. Having worked with this client extensively, I'm excited to be representing them on this role.

Your new role:
You will be a pivotal part of the organisations Property Department, working closely with other senior level management, and will be apart of a small to medium team including several Estates Surveyors. You will also have an active role in delivering and contributing to the strategic plan, ensuring that projects, policies and objectives are ran efficiently and smoothly. You will be heavily involved with the Property investment portfolio and asset management of the properties.

What you'll need to succeed:
You will have a strong and demonstrable history within Property, Landlord and Tenant matters (General Practice), will have worked with investment portfolios previously and it is also key that you have previous people management experience as this is an important part of the job. Public sector background would be beneficial. MRICS/FRICS Membership is essential. You'll possess an enthusiastic and pro-active attitude, a problem solver who enjoys leadership and working as a team.
