Architectural CAD Technician

Home Working - Out Of Scope Of IR35

Your new company
Our Client work on a variety of new build and refurbishment commercial projects and are currently looking for extra help in their CAD Team for an initial 3 month period

Your new role
Working completely from home, you will be responsible for producing working and detail drawings using Revit and BIM 360.


What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate should be set up to work from home and possess their own Autodesk licenses (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks & BIM 360). Experience working on Retail and Commercial projects is also beneficial.

What you'll get in return
Flexible working options are available - This is an initial 3 month contract which can be worked on a full time (5 days per week basis) or part time basis (2-3 day per week) . The role is "out of scope" of IR35.
