Project Manager job, Black Country. NHS Trust seeking temp transformation PM. Up to £37 hourly. 3 months plus.

Your new company
An NHS trust operating predominately in the Black Country area near Birmingham is seeking a temporary Transformation Project Manager for a minimum of 3 months to join the Programme Management team and take complete control (conception to completion) of transformation projects within their area of responsibility. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PM with PRINCE2 qualification and NHS experience, to jump in and make a real positive impact on the lives of NHS patients and staff whilst manging a range of different projects.

Your new role
You will work under the Transformation Programme Manager to plan and direct the delivery of a range of projects within your established area of responsibility. You will ultimately be responsible for ensuring the outcomes and benefits of a project are delivered for the benefit for all identified stakeholders.

Utilising PRINCE2 knowledge and ability is essential to this role, as you will be expected to plan cost, time, resource constraints, and manage risks with tenacity. You will also be developing PID's (project initiation documents), strategic outline business case reports, and full business cases to PRINCE2 standards.

What you'll need to succeed
To be eligible for this role you will be an experienced Project Manager with substantial refurbishment and minor works experience and some past experience of working with the NHS, preferably somewhat recently. You will also be PRINCE2 qualified and be fully competent with the main responsibilities of the role as outlined above.

What you'll get in return
You will get a competitive pay of up to £37 an hour (umbrella PAYE) and have the chance to work on a dynamic range of projects with a great deal of autonomy in a highly rewarding public sector environment where your work will direct improve the quality of NHS patients and staff daily experiences.
