A leading housing association in the West Midlands that is highly respected by past and present employees is seeking permanent Surveyors to join their responsive and maintenance team to work on all range of reactive and some routine maintenance works. Your new role
You will work on a dynamic range of tasks, from defect diagnosis and remediation management to producing EPC's and undertaking FRA's as and when required. This is perfect for Surveyors looking for more than just standard maintenance surveying job as the responsibilities on offer here are quite varied and offer the chance for you to expand your surveying skills and experience portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have an HNC in construction management or similar, or equivalent experience to compensate for last of this. You will have good experience of carrying out defect diagnosis and producing remedial work schedules. You will have a sound knowledge of working on dampness and related issues. You will be aware of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) order 2005 and be willing to conduct fire risk assessments.

A salary that rises with successful completion of your first 6 and 12 months respectively, from £33K to just over £36K.
