Your new company - You will be joining a travel company who is well established in the industry. Due to growth and a heavier work load this company are looking to expand there customer service department.
Your new role - You will be joining this company as a customer service agent, your duties will include;
- Inbound calls
- Taking client information
- Using internal CRM system
- Passing on relevant data to other departments within the organisation
- Customer service
What you'll need to succeed - Successful candidates for this role will need most of the below attributes;
- Customer service experience (on the phones or face to face)
