Full time customer service agent needed to start immediately in Manchester city centre.

Your new company - You will be joining a travel company who is well established in the industry. Due to growth and a heavier work load this company are looking to expand there customer service department.

Your new role - You will be joining this company as a customer service agent, your duties will include;

• Inbound calls
• Taking client information
• Using internal CRM system
• Passing on relevant data to other departments within the organisation
• Customer service

What you'll need to succeed - Successful candidates for this role will need most of the below attributes;

• Customer service experience (on the phones or face to face)
• Verbal and written communication
• Positive attitude to work
• Team player
• Polite telephone manner
