Customer service advisor needed to join growing company in Salford Quays. This role is due to start ASAP.

Your new company - You will be joining a great firm who specialise in providing private accommodation to students.

Your new role - You will be a customer service advisor assisting with general queries and providing updates, your duties will include;

• Customer service
• Inbound calls
• Using a internal CRM system
• Speaking to current tenants
• Updating tenants on payment dates
• Emails

• Customer service experience (on the phones or face to face)
• Positive work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Polite telephone manner
• Team player
• Communication skills both written and verbal
