This well-established multidisciplinary studio is looking to find a confident and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead the commercial development and brand strategy of the practice. Soon to be moving into a brand new studio in central London, this close knit team is looking for a business developer with bold and bright ideas to support their continued growth.

The London studio is one of the 4 regional locations across the UK with offices spread across the north of England. This expert practice works on a wide range of scales and sectors focusing their efforts on residential, commercial, retail, education, and transport. This practice seeks to create buildings with the perfect balance of form, function and finesse highlighting both technical and design excellence in all their works.

This Business Development Manager role will see you develop and support the practice’s business development strategy, enhancing external client relations and working with the team to ensure the effective implementation of the marketing strategy. The perfect candidate for this position would have a wide network of contacts and considerable experience in within the architecture industry. You must also be experienced in winning work, dedicated to generating new leads and have a keen eye for business strategy alongside a tenacious approach and the desire and drive to forge a role of your own.

To be considered for this position you must possess the following:

  • Strong management, communication and negotiation skills
  • A proven track record of exemplary business development experience within architecture
  • A good network of contacts to explore new business opportunities
  • A driven, collaborative and proactive approach to all tasks
