Our Client are a specialist Planning Consultancy who deal with a variety of projects including residential from small scale to strategic land promotion, commercial and care schemes.


Your new role

They are currently seeking an Associate/Senior Planner to join the Team and offer a role which will give you the opportunity to enjoy your job and life outside of work, as well as career progression and development.

The role will include running your own projects with support where needed and daily duties will include:
Attending site visits
Desk or field research as necessary
Report writing for Planning Statements
Preparing and project managing Environmental Statements
Development Plan Monitoring and writing representations to policy
Arranging and attending public consultation events

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally RTPI qualified or working towards chartered status, you should have experience working in a Planning environment in either Private or Public sector.
