Your new role
This is a temporary to permanent role based in Worcestershire / Kidderminster.
The fundamental purpose of this role is to oversee a team of Project Mangers who overlook all estates operations within their specialist and geographical area. You will be serving as an industry expert within the Mechanical field.
- You will directly be responsible for managing a team of Project Managers
- You will be working in a multi-disciplinary team
- You will be required to delegate for the Operations Manager alongside the Senior Electrical Project Manager and Senior Construction Manager
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you would have previously worked in or on hospital projects and have a good understanding of managing NHS projects in general. Seeing as this is an Mechanically biased role, it would be expected that you have an extensive amount of experience and knowledge on your field as well as Project Management experience.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive hourly rate which will transition into a salary approximately after 6 months when the role is made permanent.
