Associate

Influential American design studio with a presence across multiple continents is on the lookout for an Associate Workplace Technical Lead to join their London team. You will be working with an experienced team, managing the technical delivery of Cat A commercial workplace interiors projects, and shell & core implementations. This role would suit an architect or interior architect with strong technical experience. This studio offers hybrid working as standard. 

Job Description

• Work closely with multi-disciplinary team across multiple commercial workplace projects within Europe 
• Troubleshoot on projects and liaise with client 
• Delegate drafting work to team and oversee production

Key Skills

• Demonstrable experience working at the technical stage of CAT A and commercial workplace interiors projects is essential
• Experience in a client facing position previously is desired
• Problem solving mindset with the ability to influence others in a positive way
• Comfortable working to deadlines, and experience working wither in a large team, or on large projects 
• Knowledge of Revit is desirable to oversee production work of the team
