BIM Coordinator (Contract)

WAF award winning multi disciplinary studio known for crafting critically acclaimed master planning, transport and mixed use projects around the world is on the lookout for a BIM Manager to join its buzzing London studio. On offer is the chance for you to join the dedicated BIM team on an initial six month contract, work across a project team and manage the BIM execution plan, output & deliverables. You will ideally have experience at management level within a BIM 360 environment, working on complex AEC sector projects either in the UK or internationally. This is a hybrid working role with scope to work remotely partially during the week

Job Description

• Generate the BIM execution plan
• Oversee production of project information models and the BIM technician team
• Analyse and improve BIM workflows
• Assist in the development of project specific families
• Provide ongoing support to project team 
• Develop and manage practice BIM library
• Provide assistance to clash detection processes

Key Skills

• Demonstrable experience working as technician or equivalent on AEC sector projects
• Comfortable / familiar with BIM 360 environment
• Strong team player who enjoys collaboration and sharing expertise
• Experience delivering projects to relevant BIM standards
