Job Details

FRAME are currently working with one of the world's largest Architectural and Design Studios to recruit a Workplace Technical Lead Designer. The practise work on a variety of sectors but are currently on a recruitment drive within their Workplace department.

Skills and experience Required:

  • Proficiency with Revit - intermediate level would be considered
  • 10 years experience of technical delivery on Workplace Interior projects
  • Experience working on Cat A and shell and core implementation, listed buildings would be considered a bonus
  • A portfolio showcasing experience working on Commercial / Workplace projects
  • Ability to lead a team in technical documentation
  • Mentor designers throughout the projects, both in office and on-site
  • Strong understanding of Workplace trends
  • Experience working on large- scale projects
  • Experience working on both UK and international projects

The Studio:

  • Central London office
  • The studio has over 10 offices worldwide - so there is potential opportunity for travel
  • Helping support the studios ever growing client list
  • A large and collaborative team who encourage progression
  • Workplace team in office Monday - Thursday (subject to diary)
  • Competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)
