Architectural Assistant

You will be involved in a career defining and impactful mixed use project within London at design stage,  designing and modelling in Revit, Rhino and Sketchup.

Job Description

• Work collaboratively within an award winning team on a large-scale London based mixed use project
• Work from design stages 0-3, developing design iterations for review 
• Complete client presentations using Sketchup / InDesign
• Deliver design & access statements, feasibility studies, conceptual sketch designs, and 3D modelling 
• Draft drawing packages in Revit or MicroStation
• Attend design critiques and design team meetings in studio and remotely 
• Produce detailed information for building control and tender purposes
• Attend site visits 

Key skills 

• Demonstrable experience working on large scale projects, ideally within the UK however not essential
• Revit or MicroStation proficiency is essential
• Rhino modelling experience is desirable but not essential 
• Experience within transport, urban design, master planning or large-scale complex projects is ideal
• Strong design ability showcased in portfolio
• Ambitions to join a world famous studio 
• Strong communication and team skills
