Are you about to graduate your Part 2 architectural studies and keen to join a critically acclaimed studio in London? Do you have ambitions of working in a collaborative and flexible working environment surrounded by like minded designers at the top of their game? This may be the perfect role for you if so. RIBA award winning, internationally reputed design studio with offices in the heart of Central London is on the lookout for a talented Part 2 to join their team of designers. You will be involved in a career defining and impactful mixed use project within London at design stage, designing and modelling in Revit, Rhino and Sketchup.
Job Description
- Work collaboratively within an award winning team on a large-scale London based mixed use project
- Work from design stages 0-3, developing design iterations for review
- Complete client presentations using Sketchup / InDesign
- Deliver design & access statements, feasibility studies, conceptual sketch designs, and 3D modelling
- Draft drawing packages in Revit or MicroStation
- Attend design critiques and design team meetings in studio and remotely
- Produce detailed information for building control and tender purposes
- Attend site visits
Key skills
- Demonstrable experience working on large scale projects, ideally within the UK however not essential
- Revit or MicroStation proficiency is essential
- Rhino modelling experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience within transport, urban design, master planning or large-scale complex projects is ideal
- Strong design ability showcased in portfolio
- Ambitions to join a world famous studio
- Strong communication and team skills
