An emerging London-based practice of vibrant architects and designers is looking for Part IIs and recent Part IIIs to join the team. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing studio set to make fantastic leaps as they continue to develop a portfolio of beautiful contemporary projects. Their projects include private residential schemes and they are expanding into other sectors. 
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading high-end residential projects across all RIBA stages.
  • Liaising with the client, local authorities, contractors and consultants.
  • Be an ambassador for the practice
  • Produce information in Vectorworks.


Skills and Experience

  • Experienced Part-II or fully qualified Part-III with a strong career record
  • You should have demonstrable UK job-running experience
  • Experience working on high-end housing projects or high-end workplace projects. 
  • Client-facing and coordination experience.
  • Excellent design-eye and capability, with a strong portfolio to demonstrate.  
  • Meticulous eye for design, detailing and appreciation of craftsmanship and materials.
  • Excellent command of Vectorworks, Sketchup and Adobe Suite.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Confident working in a small team.
