Project Running Architect

FRAME is recruiting for a Project Architect on behalf of a consultancy based in Hampshire. My client are a well established business within the consultancy and architectural industry, working on a range of projects include private residences, education and conservation.

The company are in a stage of growth and positive change, which means there is plenty of growth and progression available in this role. The person to fill this role could be a Project Architect, Project Manager with an Architectural background, Architectural Technician with job running experience or potentially a Building Surveyor with job running experience.

So, what does the role entail?

• Working at the head of projects from concept to completion
• Liaising with clients, running meetings, giving updates, being the "go to" person for clients to contact
• Design and preparation of scope of works/technical specifications for projects
• Managing and reviewing contracts, contract administration, providing evaluations
• Being present on site to liaise with sub-contractors and provide advice and direction when issues arise
• Managing both new build and refurbishment projects ranging from £150k - £6 million in budget
