New contract role available - Immediate start !

A small practice based in Lincoln, have taken on a large proportion of House-builder work recently with a national developer, and being only a small team of 3, they are now in the position to hire a contractual member of staff that can help them with their forecasted workload. 

They are now looking to interview strong Revit or AutoCAD Technicians, that have a strong knowledge of Design & Build and ideally you'll have come from a Residential Architectural practice or a Developer, that would have given you the project familiarity my client is requiring.

You will be amending single group House Types, and additonal workload may be coming through in which my client is currently negotiating. 

This will be a fully office based position, but would consider hybrid working week for the right candidate.  

Rate on offer will range between £22 - £24ph (LTD co).
