Hays Architecture are working with a very busy Architectural practice which specialises in residential developments for major housebuilders and regional housing developers who are seeking an AutoCAD Technician.
They design a wide range of schemes - from prominent town centre developments which demand high quality urban design, to neighbourhood sites where introducing effective urban design principles can bring new life to a community.
The Role: The Architectural CAD Technician will be to assist and support the CAD team in the production of Planning Applications.
You will have:
- A great understanding of AutoCAD
- Experience of designing houses and apartments
- A good understanding of document management & co-ordinating planning applications
- Between 1 and 4 years' experience working in practice, extensively within the housing sector
They are ideally looking for someone with 1 - 4 years' experience.
