Architect or Part II - Vectorworks

Our client is a small studio that's hugely invested their local community. Their projects are typically contemporary alterations to historical buildings which are sensitive to the building's original context, and their clients are typically not "profit-driven" but are rather small family-run businesses which are emotionally invested in their local communities. They are known for their creative adaptations + for a sustainable approach to retrofit + restoration.

They are currently working on some exciting projects involving converting Victorian industrial warehouses into multi-unit family homes, artists studios + retail space.

As a small business, they're incredibly hands-on, with everyone in the studio pitching in, so this is a great opportunity to get exposure across all RIBA stages

They're currently on the hunt for individuals with at least 1 year of experience (this can have been at Part I level) to join their growing team, both at Part II and recently qualified Architect level.

The essential criteria for this role is Vectorworks proficiency (as well as right to live + work in the UK).
