Architectural Technician - Contract

A prestigious design studio in West London is looking for an Architectural Technician with strong vectorworks skills. With award-winning schemes across a number of sectors, you will be assisting with high-profile refurbishment projects, predominantly within the commercial / workplace sector. This studio has no prescriptive 'house' style and is a great place for a confident technician to shine. Initial short term contract. 

Key Responsibilities

• Join an existing team to document and deliver medium-scale mixed-use and commercial schemes. Projects involve the refurbishment of existing buildings.
• Produce documents for planning, detailed design and tender.
• Coordination with local authorities and consultants.

Skills and Experience

• Fully-qualified Technician or Architect from a design-focused practice.
• A considered portfolio of high-end contemporary commercial / mixed-use projects in the UK.
• Excellent technical understanding with demonstrable detailing experience
• Site experience would be ideal
• Be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of Vectorworks is essential.
