Creative Director

Our client who is the market leading Design & Build company is looking for a Design Director to Join their growing team.
Our client has double in sized in the last two years and is now looking to grow another team.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:
To work closely with Head of Sales and Design Directors and Tier 2 Project Directors to correctly assess, deliver and manage high quality design solutions throughout the business.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and comment on all design work
• Attend high level client meetings and presentations
• To positively contribute to projects from a design perspective
• Provide creative solutions that maintain the high quality standards within the business from a design perspective
• To comply with all company policies and procedures that relate to anti-bribery, quality, environment and health and safety

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Essential: 10+ years relevant market sector experience Proven experience of managing teams and delivering projects
• High degree of design awareness
• Able to clearly demonstrate and communicate ideas and creative design
• Interior Design or Architecture degree
