A leading local authority are looking to bring on board a Major Projects Officer on a maternity cover contract.

Your new role
As Major Projects Officer, you will be dealing with planning applications for sites of over 100 units+. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate extensive experience of working on these sorts of schemes, ideally having worked to Principal level previously.

What you'll get in return
Flexible working options are available, however time in the office will be required initially to integrate with the wider team, and this role will not have the option of 100% remote working.

The hourly rate will be dependent on experience.
