The Store Designer is responsible for the design of projects adhering to Brand standards and ensuring that the design is compliant with and satisfies all aspects of landlord, electrical, plumbing and fire & emergency requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing detailed store fit out design packs, using the REVIT program, ready for shop fit tender and landlord approval.
  • Ensuring Building Control and landlord compliance requirements are addressed and included in the design
  • Working alongside the Development team to deliver economical fit outs using the specified design finishes and brand elements

Experience:

  • A relevant degree level qualification (e.g. interior design, architecture) or similar higher education training is advantageous
  • Proficient in the use of the REVIT design program
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail design experience

  • Able to think creatively through active participation in client meetings and brainstorms
  • A good understanding of how different disciplines influence 3D design, from retail graphics, motion graphics, digital and branding
  • Excellent ability to produce full design packs accurately and within given timescales
  • A good awareness of industry trends and new techniques
  • Excellent awareness of the built environment, furniture, and 3D design
