Overview:
FRAME are currently looking either an ARB Technical Architect or Architectural Technician to work on a 4-6 month contract, starting ASAP. For this role it can be outside iR35/ via your LTD company, as well as a home/ office working split! The studio are looking for someone excellent with Revit, as well as very confident in RIBA stage 4-6. Must have worked on UK projects before, any Healthcare/ Commercial or large scale work will be beneficial.
Skills required:
- Revit proficiency
- UK Building regulation experience
- Commercial, Healthcare, Transport or large scale experience
- RIBA stage 4-5
The company:
This studio are a medium sized studio based in London with a very friendly, hardworking team. They require someone in 2-3 days per week, and as mentioned available to start ASAP. I have personally placed 3 contractors here this year with great feedback!
