Operations & Facilities Manager, MoD site, North Yorkshire, Permanent position, site based.

Your new company
Your new company work closely across the nation with the MoD supporting the effective delivery of the estates to a high standard. With ambitious growth plans for the next few years it is an exciting time to be joining the team.

Your new role
In your new position as Operations Manager you will act as the key point of contact between the client and your new business. You will be reporting into the Built Estate Manager as part of the site team. You will oversee the effective, compliant and timely delivery of maintenance and response works.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will have a background delivering maintenance and response works programs for large private or public sector estate teams.

What you'll get in return
In return you will get a competitive salary if £38,000 (increasing to £40,000 on completion of additional qualifications). Your working week is 38 hours and there is no expectation to be on call or work weekends.
