Are you a BIM Manager or an architect with BIM Lead experience, looking for a new role within an a top AJ100 practice, with the opportunity to work on some of the most varied and prestigious projects currently being designed and delivered globally? We are looking for an ambitious BIM Manager to join this large scale award winning studio in the heart of buzzing Central London. On offer if the chance to work at a senior level, setting up and managing the BIM protocols and training studio wide, ultimately aiding the delivery of high profile projects receiving critical acclaim.

 

Job Description

 

  • Work across internal and external BIM consultants to create and implement s studio wide BIM strategy
  • Write and maintain BIM execution plans
  • Advise projects specific BIM champions within the studio, and provide support and mentoring to technical team
  • Develop Revit & BIM standards, and ensure best practice across the studio
  • Lead DTMS, and training schemes with the studio
  • Become part of the global BIM network for the studio and represent the London office during group meetings

 

Key Skills

 

  • Demonstrable experience working as a BIM Manager, ideally within a large studio
  • Thorough experience within Revit and BIM environments is essential
  • Knowledge of Dynamo is advantageous
  • Experience of large-scale projects of varying typologies is advantageous
  • Team player, strong communicator and passion for design excellence
