Project Architect - Revit

Overview:

FRAME are currently working with a world renowned, AJ100 Architecture studio based in London. They are currently looking to hire for a number of teams, with a large focus on their Transport/ Aviation team. They are happy to meet ARB Architects however ideally they are looking for a Project or Senior Architect to report in to the Associate Director, must be experience in RIBA stage 1-5 (could be more specific within this) as well as at least 2 years Revit experience on live projects. Ideally this person will be able to lead small teams as well as being hands on with design and technical packages. Where it will be for their Transport team, the projects will be fairly large scale so any experience in Aviation, Rail, Commercial/ Industrial, Mixed use or large Retail projects will be beneficial.

Skills required:

• Revit proficiency
• Large scale project experience
• RIBA stage 1-5 experience
• Working independently
• Excellent communication and organisation background
• Leading small teams beneficial
• Project coordination beneficial

The company:

The studio a very well known, large scale firm who are working on some fantastic projects worldwide. They are ideally looking for someone in office full time initially, however after probation they have a 3 day in office and 2 from home working hybrid set up. The studio have recently reviewed their staff benefits and really do look after their employees, they like people to stay with them long term and ideally work their way up to Director level eventually!
