Job Details

An urgent requirement for an Architectural Technologist/Technician - 6 MONTHS CONTRACT to join an AJ100 design practice in Central Bristol. Are you looking for the chance to work on some larger, more high-profile projects? You will be joining a small technical team in Bristol who are part of a much larger international network of offices. The practice deliver large project  £50m+ in value and their portfolio includes residential, mixed-use, student residential and commercial projects across the UK and internationally. You will be an Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician with 3-5 years experience in a practice already. You will have a passion for well-detailed design and consider yourself an expert in steel, brick and concrete construction methodologies. You will likely have a background working in Revit as a BIM authoring tool and you will be comfortable coordinating with design teams. Competitive hourly rate of £22+ (Depends on experience) is on offer. You will be working from a great office in Bristol city centre which features a pool table and a well-stocked drinks fridge, hybrid working week is in place.
