Great opportunity for a Part II Assistant with a design focused studio in South Manchester.

Your new company
This super exciting small design studio is based in glorious leafy South Manchester, just a 15 min tram ride from the city centre, and within a mins walk of some superb bars, restaurants, and shops. They have a team of 8 at present, and work on bespoke residential and unique hospitality schemes. The work is exciting and award winning.

Your new role
You will be working closely with one of the company Directors to produce first class concept design and presentation work - for both private residential and hospitality schemes. You will have exposure to client meetings, site visits, and this firm is able to offer good and clear part III project experience.

What you'll need to succeed
The employer here is looking for a great Part II Assistant with professional understanding of Revit, good presentation skills (lumion is important) and clear communication skills.
