Space Planner

Leading Scottish investment management firm seeking Space Planner ahead of exciting transition period.

Your new role
In this role as Space Planner, you will undertake workplace planning activities and detailed space planning, ensuring a high quality output. You will work closely with inhouse designers and outsourced professionals to be accountable for the ownership and delivery of space-planning activities ahead of a large move for the company. You will also be responsible for:

• Production of accurate, detailed CAD plans and occupancy information and projections
• Application of workplace strategy and inputting to its activities and space utilisation
• Collaborating with colleagues on planning and implementing office occupation and moves
• Compliance with appropriate regulations, statute, relevant inhouse standards and policies
• Ensuring efficient and effective use of office and ancillary spaces

What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for a self-starter. You must have extensive experience of large-scale, commercial office workplace projects and space planning with creative and effective delivery.
You must also have excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD and skilled use of Photoshop & Sketchup.
