Associate

Leading practice in the design hub of Clerkenwell is looking for a project architect or Associate to lead a UK commercial / pharmaceutical retrofit project entering into RIBA stage 4 . If successful you will be joining a national studio that offers strong progression opportunities and career growth. You will be well resourced and running an experienced team, leaving you space to project manage, troubleshoot and liaise with the client on the project. The studio is a hybrid employer, and offers flexible working.

Job Description

• Work at RIBA stage 4 onwards on a change of use UK commercial-to-pharmaceutical project
• Aid delivery of tender & construction packages over long term project programme
• Produce and over see technical drawing production
• Attend on site DTMs
• Client, consultant and stakeholder facing
• Manage project team and their deliverables

Key Skills

• Part III qualified
• Passion and experience within pharmaceutical / fitout projects is essential
• Revit user or experience within Revit
• Team management experience
• Client, consultant and stakeholder facing/liaison experience
• Site experience
• Team player with strong attention to detail
