Architect

Well known design studio in The City is on the lookout for an Architect or Architectural Designer to it's critically acclaimed studio in the heart of Soho on an initial long term contract basis. On offer is the chance to work on two beautifully crafted commercial retrofit schemes in Central London. The studio is famed for it's people centred approach to design, and is working towards making all projects zero net carbon within the next three years. If successful you will be joining a studio that puts sustainability and materiality at the heart of it's design.

Job Description

• Work with strong design team on two commercial retrofit projects at RIBA stages 2+3 respectively
• Develop design drawings and spatial coordination, with project buildability in mind
• Take concept design and develop in to planning packages

Key Skills

• RIBA Part II or III qualified or equivalent
• Experience working from stage 2 &3 on commercial projects in the UK is essential
• Fluency in Revit
• Available within 1-2 weeks
