Associate Director

RIBA award winning and growing architecture studio is on the lookout for an aspiring Associate Director to join their busy Central London studio. On offer is the chance to take ownership of a portfolio of beautifully crafted front end projects, ranging from large-scale £20M + housing projects, to education and smaller fitout projects in the City. If successful you will be joining forces with a talented and experienced studio Director and over seeing a mid sized team, taking over sight on projects helping to grow the studio. This role would suit a talented architect with experience job running multiple projects, and who has ambitions of speedy career growth. This studio operates hybrid flexible working

Job Description

• Manage a small team in delivering multiple projects ranging from £200K - £20M, mainly from concept stage through to planning
• Attend DTM's and manage client relationships
• Drive new business, attend industry events and network with potential new clients
• Mentor junior team members and provide support where needed

Key Skills

• Part III RIBA qualified
• Fluency using Revit and AutoCAD is ideal
• Team player and ability to coordinate well
• Experience working on a mix of project typologies, from initial design to planning stages
• Ambitions for career growth and to ultimately work in Senior Management within a growing studio
• Strong forward facing client management skills
