Overview:

FRAME are currently looking for a skilled ARB Architect or Project Architect to join a very busy AJ100 Architecture studio based in London. This is a permanent role, salary depending on level however roughly ranging from £38,000 - £50,000 per annum. The studio are renowned for their high-end projects both in the UK and internationally, the project team they are looking to hire on includes their Hospitality sector, with some extravagant projects coming up!

Tor this role they are looking for someone focused on RIBA stage 3-5, including ideally on-site experience and construction detailing also, leading small teams or client facing skills would be advantageous.

Skills required:

  • Revit proficiency
  • UK construction and building regulation knowledge
  • Excellent communication and organisation background
  • Strong at leading or management
  • Hospitality/ Commercial or Residential background
  • All RIBA stages from 3-5 including on site
