Architect

A great opportunity for a project architect with experience delivering commercial projects on site has just come in. This role will entail running a number of commercial projects in London that are in technical to construction stages. Responsibilities include managing the teams on each project, their technical package delivery, monitoring construction documentation, liaison with client, contractors and all consultants to site inspections. This role is best suited to an architect with in depth technical knowledge and a proven history of delivering commercial projects on site.

• Deliver 3 commercial projects on site
• Manage teams and deliverables 
• Deal with technical and site issues
• Be client, contractor and consultant facing
• All meetings
• On site visits and inspections

Key Skills

• Experienced delivering multiple commercial on site at once
• In depth technical knowledge on commercial projects
• Proven history of successful project completion and handover
• Experience running teams and their deliverables
