Midweight Interior Designer

FRAME is partnering with a Luxury Interior Design studio who specialise in High End Residential projects, to recruit a strong Mid weight Interior Designer. This is an All- round Interior Designer role and ideally an individual with strong FF&E skills and experience. This is a full time, permanent position and there are fantastic progression opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Senior Designer on Design, Architectural and FF&E elements of each project
• Supporting The Senior Designer on larger projects and project leading smaller projects
• Guiding clients through the interior selection process
• Preparing presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings)
• FF&E specification & creating purchase orders
• Producing the project programme and managing budgets
• Checking schedules and design intent/tender packages
• Compiling costings using Estimac software
• Helping to improve company processes and systems

Skills and experience:

• An Interior design or architecture degree
• Client and site liaising
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp and EstiMac
• Good knowledge of FF&E suppliers
• Hard-working team player who is highly organised
• Passion for design and an eye for detail
• Professional and friendly with clients, suppliers and contractors
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Full-driving licence would be a bonus, but not essential

• Office hours Mon-Fri 09:30-18:00
