Mid-Senior Interior Designer - Residential

FRAME are currently working with an award winning Architectural practice based in London to recruit a Strong Mid-Senior Interior Designer. For the last 3 decades this multi- disciplinary practice have worked within both the High End Residential and Commercial sector both across the UK and Internationally. They are looking for a strong Mid-Senior All-round Interior Designer with strong creative skills to join their residential department.

Responsibilities:

• Working on Luxury, private Residential Projects
• Creating beautiful concept designs
• Working on projects from concept to completion
• Developing conceptual side of design with an extensive source of inspirational ideas and images to enhance the proposed scheme and finalized proposals
• Working alongside Senior Designers
• Preparing presentations, schedules and presenting to clients

Skills and experience:

• Experience working on projects from concept to completion
• Proficiency with ArchiCAD preferred, however able to cross train from another CAD software
• Proficiency with Sketchup and Photoshop
• Strong concept design skills
• Experience working on High End Residential projects - ideally private
• Strong creative abilities
• Confident liaising with clients in a professional manner
• Experience running small to medium scale projects
• Confident to take the lead on projects
• Hand sketching would be considered a bonus

Studio:

• Multi-disciplinary Architectural practise with multiple divisions
• Working in the office Monday-Friday
• Designing and delivering High End Projects across the Residential and Hospitality sectors
• Based in West London
