Working with some of the largest and most prestigious Architectural & Interior Design practices in the world, business is booming and we are looking for an experienced recruitment director to lead the team to further success..

This is a unique opportunity to join our senior leadership team, taking the lead on growing our established brand, nationally and internationally and achieving our ambitious goal of being the global leader in Architecture & Interior Design recruitment.

Who are we looking for?

First and foremost, we are looking for someone who shares and can champion our core values of brilliance, positivity, respect and honesty. You will also need to be entrepreneurial with strategic vision & ideas and have proven experience in successfully building big teams and big business in a B2B sales, architecture/interior or recruitment environment. A passion for/interest in learning about the world of architectural recruitment would be an advantage.

What salary & benefits can we offer you?

This role presents an exciting growth opportunity with the backing of our successful parent company (Faststream Recruitment Group), plus a leading brand, best-in-class training, winning culture, and a collaborative management team.

Salary/total earnings is entirely dependent on experience but ranges between £60-100k. Our Director level benefits also include pension, 30 days holiday, car allowance and private health-care plus you will also enjoy our company-wide benefits of free parking on-site, fresh fruit daily & well-being support and some of best incentives and social events.
