An Adrem Exclusive opportunity to join a multidisciplinary creative studio emanating design quality, who is on the market for at least one RIBA Part III / ARB accredited Architect to join their award-winning practice.
From intricate infill projects through to high-rise towers across London, this studio presents a portfolio varied in design, with each project carefully considered and responding to the context of it's local environment and culture. What does this mean for prospective candidates...You won't feel like you are copying and pasting the same project over and over and over again! This studio offers a true variety in exposure from inception through to completion.
It doesn't stop there; the studio has relocated to a brand-new office in Central London and are providing flexibility to work from home. They have a carefully cultivated culture, which has attracted like-minded talent from some of the top studios in the UK + internationally.
The vast majority of projects are delivered in Revit (BIM), with a handful of legacy clients/projects being delivered in Microstation. Existing Revit software proficiency is essential.
Current projects are largely residential led but cover a range of client types and building scales, from high-end / sought-after clientele across the city through to development projects with housing associations. To give an example, one project is a super-prime high-end development including intricate adaptations to an adjoining grade II listed building in the heart of London.
The studio works across an array of additional sectors including boutique hospitality projects, cultural and performing arts projects and much more. The initial staff requirement(s) will service the studios influx of residential schemes; however, the studio will likely offer wider sector exposure in the longer term.
If you are looking for a well organised studio offering a variety of effectively resourced projects, a flexible working environment, opportunities to learn from industry recognised architects in a progressive and nurturing environment, all whilst working on live Revit / BIM projects…this could be the studio for you!
