The office itself is located in the city centre close to multiple public transport routes, shops, restaurants and car parks and is easily commutable from surrounding areas.


Your new role
Day to day you will find yourself working with social housing refurbishment projects by looking for the best ways of how to make them more sustainable as that plays a big part for the company. You will use AutoCAD by creating technical drawings and variations of finished projects. This job offers hybrid job so you might enjoy a sunny day working from your garden or balcony


What you'll need to succeed
If you are qualified Architectural Technologist with experience of +3 years, or an equal RIBA recognised qualification, and hold some project management experience then this role could be for you.
This company is looking for a good knowledge working of AutoCAD, and Revit experience would be a big plus. You will need excellent organisation skills, a full driving licence, and be excited about working within a diverse and forward-thinking team.
